We pack in 1–3 business days, then 10–15 business days to the U.S. — about 2–3 weeks door to door. Canada and Europe: up to 20 business days. You get tracking as soon as it ships.

Email support@petmiva.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number. Items come back unworn and unwashed. If it arrived damaged or wrong, we cover the return postage — if you changed your mind, you do.

Measure back length (neck base to tail base) and chest girth (widest point, behind the front legs), then check the size options on the product page. Between two sizes, go up.
